Returns or exchanges are not applicable for reasons such as dislike, change of mind, or personal preference.
Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required)
To ensure a fair process, an unboxing video is required.
The video must:

Start with a sealed package

Clearly show the shipping label

Capture the product being opened without cuts or edits
Without a proper unboxing video, we won’t be able to process return or exchange requests.
Tampered or Open Box Deliveries
If your package appears tampered, damaged, or already opened, we recommend not accepting the delivery.
Orders accepted in such condition may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
